I would start this review by saying that the only reason now I'm having an account with them is acceptance of their card on most of the portal.
The service is really bad. The people at the counter are rude and act like they are working at the bank to have pity on the banks' customers. They don't understand and try to help anyone.
Ask them anything instead of providing a solution to that problem they tell you a counter number and when you go to that counter number he will first ask questions and give random forms. After filling those forms you go back to that counter then he ask you your problem and then he says achha to aapne ye pahle kyun nhi bataya. Ye forms uss kaam k liye nhi hain. app ye wale bhar k laiye.
This is the height of being rude and irresponsibility. When you are not sure the problem of the customer then how come can you give a solution.
In short, you must have an account in SBI solely if you want to use debit cards for paying online but if you need good service please look for some other banks because the only thing you get at the counters is disappointment.
