Indeed a bank for every Indian. With a total number of 85, 356 branches and 49, 577 ATMs, State Bank of India is a force to reckon with. Operations inside the bank is getting better and better. Token system within branches has brought down the queues as well as the dramatic chaos.
Internet Banking: With a simple user interface, SBI has one of the best internet banking facilities in the country.
ATM: The only bank to keep up with the big step of demonetisation.
Customer Service: Well it lacks ease of access and long waiting lines makes it a terrible experience.
Loans: It never takes risks when it comes to providing loans making consumers vulnerable to the private banks.
