Hello friends today I am sharing my real life bad experience of banking experience with state bank of India. This is really worst bank of India I am holding an account in SBI in Gonda branch since 2008. There is no notification service provide by the bank my ATM got experied before 2 years and there is no phone baking service available by which I can renew my account. I tried to call on there customer care but no positive response. I am working in Lucknow visit Gonda rearly.
I visit there branch filled 3 times there ATM request form but not alloted. There staff behaviour is very rude. They are having very bad attitude as they are working in India's largest bank. They are very slow also working very slow every time I visit there branch ladies are bussy in talking not focousing on work and also very rude if you complain them. I am having lifes worst experience of banking with SBI. Not satisfied at all. Thanks.
