State bank of India Or the famous abbrevation of it SBI is a Good bank. My experience with this bank is very good. The services provided by this bank are very good and availability of this bank is very common. It is Providing its services all over the India securing our MONEY and giving us good interest. As its name itself say Bank of India it is real bank of India due to its services and resources. I choosed this bank for opening my account due to many reasons, some of them are:
Its availability - It is available all over the India, each and every part of India has its branches. We can find it easily on google and according to google it has more than 2500 branches all over India without counting the rural branches.
Helpful Staff - The staff of the bank is very caring and helpful. They know their work well and do not argue with the customer. they firstly asks the problems and then try to solve it at their own level.
Resources - This bank provides more than 40 Atm machines only in my city according to the pamplet hanged in Main branch of SBI in our city. It also has a number of cash deposit machines in the city.
Fast services - This bank opens a new bank account with in 30 minutes and it does not left their work in between without completing it. Atm cards, duplicate pins for Atm, cheque book, pass book can also be availed in a hour.
Offers and Discounts - This bank usually offers many promotional offers combined with online stores like FLIPKART, snapdeal and much more.We may get cashbacks, discounts, freebies depending upon our time, location and luck.
Net Banking - It allows user to use net banking and deducting very less transcitition fees from our bank account where as other banks charge 4%-8% of the amount we paid, which is quiet high.
Care about Us - if any of our transition gets failed, we are unable to login our account, want to know nearest location of ATM/Cashdeposit machine/bank we can call to their toll free number and our problems will be solved in minutes.
