I have an sbi account from last 15 years, One of the most trusted bank we have from decade. Sbi is growing with every second and building trust with its customer with its quality services they provided. I am very satisfied with sbi bank.

As I didn't face any problem using any service this bank offer to its customers. Sbi is modernizing its banking standard by developing mobile application for its customer to use sbi banking facility anytime with easy and safe.

I have avail few of its service like phone banking and I am satisfied with its service and customer support, All my transaction are done with a call away. I like sbi bank because it is one of the nationalized and trusted banks, with good service. Atm service of Sbi is good, we can locate sbi atm every corner of city and town. Even Sbi have atm service out of india, which would be very helpful for people love travelling, they won't have to wait for cash transfer to there account. Sbi atm card is accepted by most of the bank in India and abroad. Internet banking service is good with lots of option available for the customers to use. I personally like internet banking service for checking my cash balance, online shopping and even transferring cash balance in real time. Sbi customer is is good but not excellent as compare to others, its response time is very slow, we have to wait for little long which I don't find easy. Other than this Sbi stands tall with high end of modern day services. I would recommend sbi bank for every one and every generation.
