I am the customer of state bank of India for more than 25 years.It is the most well known government bank but now in my last visit I felt that they are not working efficiently.
Earlier I got my work done easily because I have known the staff personally but now the staff has changed and I have alot of problems for getting my work done,
They are thinking as if they are king and we are slaves.No body was ready to listen me.I have gone their for pass book update which couldn't be done as the person who is responsible for doing it was absent.Though it could be easily done by any other staff person but the staff was busy in doing nothing.when I requested him to do so as being an old man I can not come again and again then he simply denied.
Now I have decided to close my all accounts in state bank of India because the staff is very rude and arrogant and they think they are superior to others as they are working in a top class government bank.
