Recently I was gone to a branch of SBI in churchgate for making a demand draft.
I don't know what the staff over there things of themselves they think that they are very big but they where simply rude.
I entered the bank and filled the slip for making demand draft and submitted to the counter.
There was no rush it was morning hours she took my slip and asked me to wait.
I waited for 30mins but she didn't called me for taking my demand draft.
I walked to her and asked her for how much time I have to wait she asked my name and then searched her table and found my demand draft slip on her table which she is supposed to pass for further processing.
She told me yeah your slip is here I will give it further I asked her for how can she be so careless so she started shouting me I have lots of work to do, can't u wait for a while blah blah blah
I told her that I was waiting for 30 mins she told yeah it's a bank I takes time and all things
It took me further 20 mins which approximately wasted my 1 hour for making just one demand draft if this is your service you are not supposed to be called as very fast and all that fake words.
This is my opinion for one branch I shared this incident with my friends they said this not just from you most of the SBI branch are slow. They take way more time than required.
