As a SBI customer am happy that I have an account but the worst oart is its service.
.As one of the biggest as well as popular nationalised bank in india; trusted bank from very early time I choose SBI and it is available in many places.
.But the main problem is there service; atleast in terms of basic services they should think that we are customers, I felt like they are taking advantages of our need.
.The attitude of the bank employees towards customer is not good, I have felt the worst in my area branch, too nuch crowded as well as all the time I have to feel like he is doing a favour by updating or doing his work.
.And what made me feel the worst is its sms service, its been 2014 now more than a year daily initially more than 30 sms not related to me messages. When I called customer care, they simply said they cant do anythng go and contact in your branch.
.As I was in my job location no matter what I have to face this sms daily.
.Then finally those sms stopped but a new stuff started,
withdraws money or transfers transaction sms will come to my number and those account are not related to me.
.This is something that they cant helped me about.
.I think they should keep our registered number private and without varifying the number one should not use others number.
.Am disappointed at the service.
.Just becoz one of the popular bank every one is having SBI account. But the service is not as like a good bank offers.
