Few months ago I have went to open an bank account in this bank and since I cant maintain minimum balance in other banks, I have tried to open in this and when I asked for an apllication they made me roam into two departments and later when I applied they gave me the card after so many days.
And the telephone banking is really pathetic.
Coming to their ATMs they are really pathetic in opearations and most of the touch screens dont work.
The customer services is poor that you have to follow them daily and explain the problem if you have any to new person everyday and thats so annoying.
Thre internet banking is one which is kind of little better out of all the services but that can also be rated 1.5/5.
Totally I can say its not at all customer friendly.
