I am using state bank saving accounts at kakrola mod, new delhi since April 2012, although we know that sbi is very big leading banking group but at this branch customer services is not satisfied all staff is talks rudely and badly to the customer, nobody reply proper answer to your queries always found lake of staff. otherwise phone banking services is very good, ATM services are very good, I am using mostly Internet banking for my business transactions, but customer services is very bad of sbi. due to wrong behavior of staff.
