State bank of india is regarded as india's biggest banking service sector entity. No other banks have so many branches as sbi has. Its branches are at all the places in india even at remote locations branches are available.
It has the largest no. of bank acccounts as refer to quantity and amount both.
But there are too many defects in its services.
It demands bank charges if you deposit your money in any other branch of sbi. No other banks charge such bank charges.
Though sbi provides all the fascilities at sbi e-corner; most of the time customers suffers with servuce failure. Then whats the use of such services.
The slow service is its big lecuna . Whenever you go to sbi you will came across a big queue of customers. It will take too much of time to do a small work. The token system is another hurdel for its customers. I hope reading my review the msnagement of sbi consider over it.
