State bank of india or sbi is biggest bank of india.i am costmer of this bank when I was in 10th standard and after 8 year of service I must say you guys are best.they know how to happy his costmer.every single or small problem, problem which u can solve easily with yourself but if you ask them to solve they love to do it.phone banking, internet banking, tele banking, app based banking some of example of available service.no need to go bank you can do everything at your home with available apps.the one major problem of sbi is rude behaviour of staff.i am not saying all are same but some of your staff behave like we are nothing so you guys need to improve that.after that all the things service are best.i am a very satisfied with your service.
