Everyone has freedom in India to go for public speak, stand for right and do whatever legal. But was it necessary or required by SBI employees to go for strike.

Rarely I heard that any private organization went for strike from last 5 years.

Private Organizations organised management in such a way so the information flow freely from top management to lower level management. It is good. Management can understand employees and employee understand management. This understanding never stop productivity.

More than 300 crore Rs. lost in first two day of strike. You can imagine after that what would be the figure. Largest bank of the second fastest growing economy in the world (India), mismatched the financial requirement of the individual as well as country.

Even I hurted. Why not the upper management of SBI and Government solved their problems in meetings or in a decent way. Due to this public suffered. This is the attitude of no concentration on business and willing to serve the customers.

Best thing what I find in SBI is its largest Banking network and ATM facility at every corner of the country. SBI govern all of the Indian bank. It has sufficient finance to explore its network. But such kind of nature, unwillingness to improve, lack of customer concentration, poor ATM service facility will finally ruin them. Privateisation is not so far of government organizations. If SBI employees nature will not change and they will not start thinking that SBI is their own business house than they will hurt economy as well as their poor customers.

I had many personal experience about SBI's poor banking services. They tried to sanction loan as late as possible. If their ATM stop working in any circumstances than forget the use of that ATM for next 7 days (It was in Delhi). If you will go to bank premises and want to enquire something, In this case, one employee send you to other one and other one to another one. You can visit to all employees. And if they reply. their expressions are such like that you are burden on them. ''Jaise Ahsan kar rahe ho''

When I enquired for my ATM card, he replied- Before six month it will not come. I was expected such like answers. You can see the red spots everywhere in the premises if Pan (Banarsi Pan) is famous at your location. You can see a long Q (line) if enter in the bank. Everyone will look you so busy. Is it the excess workload? If yes, than HR department has to think seriously about it. I will recommend you SBI if you are frequently travelling in remote or B,C,D grade cities because you can find SBI everywhere. But If you are in any Metro, Don't go for it. Also investment in SBI mutual funds is not so profitable.

Please don't mind if your nearest SBI is serving you properly. Thank to God and such committed employees.
