I have opened my saving bank account in State Bank of India in 2011. Till then I haven't encountered any major customer service problems.
All banks have some problems like ATM availability etc. but SBI has largest network of ATMs in India.
Customer support is fine enough to handle problems. such as I have encountered a problem last year for charging extra money. I have complained that online and got a resolution within 7 days.
Best part of it is its online banking. I get various extra options on Online Banking portal such as creation of Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits.
Only bad thing about it is crowd in branches of State Bank. They are over crowded daily. seems like everyone has account in SBI. Overall experience is very much satisfying.
