unnecessary deduction of Rs.40, 000 from Atm With all regards I would like to inform you that I have a saving account in State Bank Of India, Sadar bajar Agra whose account no. is 10516922062.
On April 20, 2009 when I was trying to withdraw Rs. 20, 000 from my account from ICICI bank ATM sitiuated at Khoja ki sarai, Airport Road Agra, Twice the machine gave no response and a msg came on screen that Network Failiure. Later on I came to know that Rs. 40000 have been deducted from my account though I recieved no cash.
I gave a written complaint to the SBI bank manager Agra the same day.He assured me that the money will return from our common Atm in Mumbai within 20 days but nothing happened such.Now nearly three months have passed but I am getting no response from the bank manager. So I kindly request you to help me out so that I may get my money back ASAP.
