Banking with SBI kakatiya nagar is very problematic, employees are very slow and rude. They will just send you from one table to another, if you want your work to be done then you just have to do what they say. They can make you sit whole day and ask you to come tomorrow due to some silly reason.
I had an old account in this bank I tried to activate it and started going to bank since January 6th. They made me run one table to another almost week and then they send me to toli Chowki branch to open a new account and there I went whenever they said me to come almost 2 to 3 weeks I regularly went to this toli chowki branch and in the end they said me you just have to activate your old account in kakatiya nagar branch.I went there and again they starter manager is not available when she come's she can do your work. 3 days I went there for manager she didnt came. After one month run I got fedup and open my account in a Private bank on 7th February and now I am happy.
My father and sister have account in SBI and till now they are same. Went there to submit aadhar card copy for KYC and for that simple work we went there for 2-3 days.
