Worst government bank.... Review on State Bank Of India

I hate it no matter wht people say about SbI. I opened savinf account in Sbi in 2014. In starting its quite good n I was like ohk tht time n normally as everyone wait for atm card and cheque book etc etc for almost 1 mnth I didnt receive anything. After one month I go to sbi to ask them thy told me to wait atm is on the way I was like ohk will wait 2 mnth gone I didnt receieve anything then I jst send a letter again n Ieft for bnglore. One year past in tht year my brother regularly go n ask for cheque book and a card thy alwys have one ans it is in process. When I came back I myself go n ask them n seriously I show lots of patience n when I meet the manager he said mam plz apply one more time for atm I was like ohk n after tht next 6 mnth I apply three time nthng happen n I jst go to bank do complain and lastly applied there to close my account n after tht I never go to any of branch of Sbi tht much I hate them.
