Had a bad experience at SBI bank
I had a bad experience at SBI bank. It was the month of july last year, I wanted online banking service for my account. So I went to the bank. First of all, when I entered the bank, I saw that it was over crowded. It seems, all the people of city has come to that branch only. I somehow could manage to enter and reach the counter. I asked the man “sir, can I have the form for online banking”. He looked at me as if I have asked his property. He was very rude in talking. Then he gave me the form, and I started to fill the form. Then after sometime, I stuck in form filling, so I again went to him to solve the issue. He harshfully told me that, he did not have time and he will not do anything. At that time, I felt very bad to see his behaviour. And I realised that in private bank, people behave very well.
