I have only one bank account. Which is in sbi. It was opened on the base of pradhanmantry jan dhan yojna.
From which I can get 5000 rs as loan intrest free. But I did not able to get the money.
I did not got my credit card after 4 month of opening bank account. After a complain I got my credit card . And my pin was arrieved after 2 month ogf getting my credote card.
Whenever I go to ask to the officer of bank about my credite card details they did not gave me any satisfying answer . And behave very rudly.
So I am saying that there is need to improve costmer service in this bank .then it will be the best.
