Bad service and lazy staff

I have my saving account with state bank of india and I don t like very much this bank because of the bank staff is not active all the bank staff is very slowly working and the manager also not arranging two line of the payment and recived I taking about the fatima nagar branch. bank staff are very rudly behivour with the account holder.


Trully I don t have BAD experiance of the state bank of india .


staff just doing the time pass and not working properly on customer line in so long then only manager or the other staff is not just a lazy customer line so long that time is the customber are complain to the manager costomer says the long lion over this bank no body can work proprly we are just stand in the line before the 2 hours ago till now also ther is nothing come my no so please I requres to do make new lion for the reciverd and paymenr. and the manager told to the customer be a adjust and all the staff go for the lunch and again the same line is so long bank staff say wait for the 15 min ut the bank staff come from the lunch after 1 hour so lazy so many customber are complain to the state bank of india branch of fatima nagar . and one more things is that the there is no attention to the consumer to staff only doing their work own they dont have any service are not to be a provided proprly in the sence .phone banking also a useless so bad.


.some negetive point in the states bank of india


1.IGNORE TO THE CONSUMER. states bank of india theure is bank staff are they work each other they are to be ignorE to the consumer and the are not to be a attention to the constumER


2.ARGUMENT. all bank staff are so irrited. one time theIr is one of the customer he told please do fast we get a late and so long line back of my.so suddenly bank staff are to be a argumenty ot the customer and he reply to the customer I you don  t have time so come on late.this is the bad thing to this bank staff.


3.ATM SERVICE. in this bank staff also not good and as well as atm machine also a very bad when I wont to the money that time is the machine is the out of the order .i really so sad to that time I am feeling.


4.PHONE BANKING. in this bank phone banking are also not to be a good so bad service they are provided to this bank .generally I wont to be complaint to the manager but the manager are not to take an action.


5.HELPLESS MANAGER. MANAGER ALSO AVOID TO THE PROBLEM OF THE CONSUMER HE IS NOT TO BE A TAKE AN ACTION THAT TYPE OF THE BRACNH MANAGER OVER IN THIS BANK
