Bad staff but best service. Review on State Bank Of India

today I share my experience with State Bank Of India. Sate bank of India situated in every states with different names as like state bank of Maharastra, Trevancure, punjab, Hydrabad etc. So Bank wise this is no.1 India in service and availability. You can find many Atm's every where in every single places in India so I have no doubt about this. So My father have business all over India and so on he was opened his account on state bank many years ago and that same account still running. So we have problems with there services till now but when last year I was joined an mba college the college helps to take education loan so I had asked which bank is best and with in how many days I can get my loan so my college gave an agreement that they tie-up with state bank of India so I have don't have any problem to take the loan from any state bank if they ask then I can show this agreement to them.So as they say last year I went my local state bank for discuss about my education loan but after that my experience so horrible. when I was asked them about education loan first of all they don't want to talk with us so I was went there next day once again their behavior hell and heaven difference from other banks. Even they don't said please seat sir. There behavior is like that state of India is their father's bank and we are beggar and went there begged some money. After 5 minutes later we were sited and suddenly some other stuff came then they told me that I can't take loan from this bank because I have an account in this, So I show them that agreement but then they told me that " koi bhi agreement leke aou taab bhi tum education loan le nehi sakte" still I requested them please help me even my father told them that he have account that is using as current account so what the problem is here, now they told me that " mba kaun padhega aap yeah app ka beta?" now the real face comes of state bank stuffs what the hell is that. Then told me if want a loan then you may come after 15 days, and if I go after 15 days later then it is late for taking admission to my collage.

I suggest to everyone please go other govt bank but don't go to state bank I was compare there interest rate with other private banks it same as others. so make your choice wisely. only I have satisfied that they have lots of atm's all over the India.

Apart from stuff there service is good.
