This review is to aware people about poor services of SBI. in my area there is only one counter for deposit and one counter for receiving . this makes a lot of rush in the bank and it dirturbs bank atmoshphere more over the staff member are not behaving in a well manered way not all but few. they are not ready to help people and nor interested in giving full information about bank process to their customer because sometimes it happened that customers are not educated and don't know about bank process . so instead of giving them full support and help that talk very rudely to them. that is not fair.
More over it takes very long time in many bank process it took mare than 1 month in just opening an account in SBI. that too after going to the bank for 5 to 6 times . now a days services are very poor and very long term process.
