I have been using sbi account since 2 and half years.I opened this accont for the purpose of salary credit while I was working.This was only my mistake after after usage of sbi account, because of they are charging my account any one reason.some times charging for sms alerts and for some times atm charges.Its ok for sms/atm charges.but charging too much high amount.
This is not a problem I have faced but also faced lot of struggle while activation of internet banking facility.when I visited online banking service for the activation of internet banking( INB) I completed regestration of INB and got a message from sbi as successful regestration of INB.But when I tried to use INB, a message was displayed every time as, ' you have not register INB facility yet and please regester the same'.I tried tried a lot but failed.Next day I visited sbi bank and told them the whole story about this. But they were also failed to assisst me in this.However I tried once again to register for INB.After lot of failures registraton I successfully completed INB registration.for online transaction some time server down and payment gatway does not move forward for some time.All these problems I have faced with sbi account.I decided and have to use another bank account instead of sbi.Now I am using Indusind bank account with flawless service from indusind.
