Trying to take home loan from SBI, after some reviews.
Low interest rates - dont jump immediately after 2 years.(not like HDFC)
A bonus is which will save 25k depends on your loan. After reading some reviews I went to SBI branch near my home, they said process will be of 45 days. I thought that I should visit the bank regularly.

I went SBI branch, Hyderabad for details about home loan. Mr Avinash helped me through the details and I am bit satisfied from the given brocher as per my requirements. After calculating the eligibility. He said it takes 45-60 days. A basic intro of my home address and working place was verified by the person.
After some days I got sms from bank saying that application approved. - 35 days. I got detailed-email from them. They gave some number to contact for appointment for final verification. Number is always busy or phone was off. After 15 days of trying that number appointment was booked and then I took all documents for confirmation of loan.
On that appointment date, I had taken all documents time 9:45, but I was there @ 9:15. Procedure went smoothly and my first disbursement was done in 3 days. After some days some Cred824it card offer came to my door step of SBI and knowingly filled it and applied in the same bank. For the first 2 years annual fee was zero. So I took it.
