I am a customer of SBI for last 3 years. So I will share my true experience with you.


I am a village base boy, in my village 3 banks.


1.SBI ( BIGGEST BANKERS)


2.PNB ( SUPIRIOR SERVICES)


3.BANK OF BARODA ( NEWLY COMES)


I open my account when I am in 12th standard. For some reason I didn't use my account for some time. I didn't know that my bank account is suspended irregular.


After 1 year I reached at my bank and when I asked them to a bank transaction, they say that your account dissmise unfortunately.


Then I say, what I do?


Clerk say- write an application to our branch manager.


Then I write an application on my homework book.


And the I take the manager's room and he say me, it's not good, writing on a blank white page.


And again I write an application and again show him, he get me an another page and say write on this.


What the Hell?


Now I am out of control but I think and decided to write again and they accepted my application. I also submitted an ATM form with this.


I returned to home and wait for my account reopen and ATM.


After one month again I am in my bank for an information about my account.


They say to me wait, for when. After 10 days the last date for my Inspire Scholarship.


After 10day I didn't submitted my form and I will not receive my scholarship worth Rs. 80000/per year till 5 years.


I am very sad for SBI lazy reaction. You can not stop a boys scholarship, who belongs to a middle class family. I am very disappointed with the service.


And Now I tell you more about SBI




  1. Phone Banking-it's worst after 15 months of registration my mobile no. In bank I didn't received any update from Bank. They have a huge bankers and what they do with the all. I can't imagine




2.ATM availability - I didn't received any atm from sbi till today's date. I asked them and they always say wait .


3 .Internet banking -nice and quickly but you can not reach the all customers through Internet banking.


4.Costomer Service- it's not pretty good, but good and all clerks are between us. And they doing these works very well.


My all friends bank accounts in SBI and they happy. But with this one accident I have lost Avg. My 400000 rs.
