Many of us say that State Bank of India is the No. 1 Bank of India and Largest Bank of India. But to me it is time killing bank. At the entrance there is a token machine where the customer get his/her token number. And also many Nos. of Counter there. Sitting and/or waiting arrangement also good for time killing. But all the counters are not filled up with the SBI Staff.
Two/three counters are in active. So, the wasting of time is realise here very much. I mean to say that the customer service is not good. I shall not recommend to open an account in this bank for its worst service and much time killing than any other bank.
