State bank of india is indias largest comercial bank.this bank has the most branches in all over india.and this bank has most of customers.its really very crowdy nd the most busiest bank in india.everyday crore transaction s are happends.me also an account holder of this bank.
the phone banking in this s.b.i is very good.people dnt have to go to the bank.they can usally do everything by using phone banking.the s.b.i takes a little bit charge for using phone banking.and its really easy to use.not too much traffic see there.
the state bank of india has the more numbers of atm in all over india.its takes a charge around 130 at the end of the year as using atm expense.its an one time atm charge.otherwise as I see outsite of this atm corners there are so many people always standing.so when you want to withdrawn money you have to wait .
tthe internet banking is very safe to use and its very easy to even use.you can do any kind of transaction through internet banking.even you can do the funnd transfer like neft, rtgs, .i98ts really very appreciating.
the customer service of this bank is not very much good.you have to always stand on lines to do anything.and the behaviour of bankers is not very much good.they always like the busy person in the world.
thus I will provide this bank 3 stars.
