My experience with state bank of India has been very good since it is safe and quick. I have a saving account with state bank of India. Customer service good in the branches. Atm services are very good and I have no problem regarding atm services. Phone banking service is fast , safe and easy to use and that's why I like their phone net banking service. I had a problem regarding my contact number, I complaint about it they resolved that issue in 24 hours. So I can say that they have good customer care service as compared to other government banks. I did not find any fault or flaw in sbi bank.
