Hello . I am the Customer of the bank from 6 Years. Overaly As a public Sector Bank its a GOOD BANK ever. As compare to other public sector bank and this range bank it provides good service, updated latest service.
I have account in almost 8 banks, including SBI. Its provides latest services like net banking, mobile banking, Trading platform(SBI CAP) etc. Its has all latest and updated software that makes a Bank and customer Smart.
SBI has its own Mobile app for mobile banking. It has two apps, One for net banking anf one for mobile banking through sms and internet.
It has another mobile app for make TOKEN for nearest branch. I am also using SBI CAP trading platform. It has also a nice app(SBI SMART) for mobile trading.
As a public Sector bank it has these all the facilities for make mobile bank smarter and smoother.
It provides the ATM service as all the banks. But it has the largest number of ATMs in India and In my city also. It also provides Credit card facility.
I am using its Internet banking facility which is awesome and very convenient and easy to access.
When comes to service I never face any problem. All the staff and services are customer friendly .
