Living in India it is very necessary to have an account in State Bank of India. I also have an account but this is my secondary account. I only use this for government & educational transactions.
SBI have trust of government so there is very low chance of loosing money and it is the best bank for same government & educational transaction, having an account in this bank make all these transaction easy and fast.
But I am very disappointed with the quality of services they are providing. You have to wait for a long every time. The staff of this bank are very rude & they have no manner how to talk with customer. I would say if they improve the quality of service and give proper training to their staff it will become the best bank.
I recommend this bank to all.
