Well I have an account in state bank and just because of the name itself I trust this bank blindly, but name is not enough workers are too lazy, all the senior citizens are still working and are very lazy, always gossiping and ignoring the customers ,
My father applied for a personal loan. All they did was go to mr. xyz bring this document , its lunch time, we dont work after 3 , you can apply after 1 week , bring one sbi account holder who will take your responsibility, etc2 I mean seriously so pathetic and are not at all intrested in doing there work except yelling.
Its been over a month and documentation work is completed still they said we will be processing your file after 7 days dont worry, well govt should change the staff and there should be young and attentive workers in sbi.
