SBI is one of the biggest banks in India and it has is branches all over India but the service provided by SBI to its account holders is very pathetic. I've a savings account in since few years and in this few years I'd a bad experience with the Bank and it's employees. The staff isn't co operative they are very rude to the people and you'll rarely get your work done on time with them. When I went to open savings account to my nearby branch I had filled the forms and I was there with my all documents and proofs. I'd to wait for a long time in queue just to open a new account I got my account opened after an hour. The Bank is always full of crowd. Most of the time the auto passbook printing machine is out of service and the Cash deposit machine too. Due the this there's a huge chaos in the bank on that particular day.
SBI needs to understand the problems and difficulties faced by the consumers and they should try to teach their staff how to talk to the people who come to the bank.
