The GOVT emp dont understand one thing is that Becos of the Customer like you and me they are Getting Paid.ex(SBI/BSNL.). The interest earn by us is the source of their Salary. They feel that the money is distrubuting from their own assets. Why this kind of attitude any answer. Most of the time they are busy talking about their family and friends. Ladies busy in talking about Gold/Silver/Food/Sari etc .
Now the Advertise looks very attractive but where is the service? Where is the marketing skill/ customer support skill? Do these people dont have money to pay good people. Or they are blind they cant see the actual.
These fealty lazy people should be removed from their Chair first. The retirement age limit should be reduced to 50-55 instead of 60.They should also be filled with some kind of target/achievement.
Their internet Banking service is the another worst thing, really dont understand why they have gone with the stupid GE comp where their is so many Comp is available with finance product. It is the High time that SBI should terminate the Contact with them.
