Bought this FTC card with hopes of having a good smooth journey but sadly everything related to this card is hopeless. Few important points to remember:
- Never forget userid password you will be charged to reset this.
2.Any doubts you have if you call customer care( free no) they would just say sorry madam we dont have the right to give this information so kindly contact the branch you took the card from, so you have to end up making isd calls and waste lot of money
- Any email sent to the branch would take eons for them to look into it and respond.
4.Once the card is blocked you have to wait quite some time before you can reuse the card
5.The worst customer care service be it via phone, email no value for time or response
- Any bank account statement you ask the branch they would charge you for that.
In total this card is not worth the efforts you take.
