State Bank of India is one of the largest multinational public sector banks in India. Still it had launched many applications like State Bank Anywhere, State Bank Freedom, SBI Card, SBI Quick, State Bank Secure OTP, State Bank Rewardz etc. Recently State Bank of India has launched its another application'State Bank Buddy Wallet' which can be downloaded for free on the Google Play Store. Its Windows and iPhone versions are not yet heard to launch with and they will be launched shortly. I've been an SBI customer since the last five years and downloaded its new application from play store to have a look on it. I have found this appliction a milestone for online purposes to done them very fast and instantly.
Services/Procedures/Utilities:
After downloading it asks the user for the sign up procedure to get into its beneficiary services and utilities. It allows the user to register with his/her facebook account or the registered phone number with the SBI branch. Then an one-time-password is received on the mobile which need to put on the application. After providing the email and choosing a unique 4-digits PIN along with a security check the customer is ready to use the application. User has to enter the 4-digit PIN every time he needs to access the application.
Once registration becomes successful one can get all the beneficial survices provided by the application. Now it has become one of my most necessary applications for all my online purposes. It is now a wallet for me. I have already experienceed all of its useful services as mentioned below-
$. Addig Money: One can add funds from his a/c with any bank to his wallet. He/she can add money instantly using credit/debit card, Internet banking and Immediate Payment Service(IMPS). Adding money is always safe and secure and I can claim this as I have already satisfied with its procedures.
$. Ask for Money: One can ask or request for money from his family, relatives or friends if he/she needs financial help immediately. His family or relatives will instantly receive his request.
$. Send Money: It allows the user to send his/her wallet money at an instant to any mobile number which are also using Buddy wallet. The money can be sent to those phone numbers too which are on the phone book entry.
$. Reverse Transfer: After adding money to the wallet from one's bank account if the user is not satisfied and want to retransfer his money to his/her bank account then he can easily do it through the application as it is providing the reversal transfer facility too.
$. Online Transactions: After adding money the user can use his wallet on any merchant sites to pay for any online transaction. The wallet facilitates the user to pay for a wide range of online transactions including booking for movie, bus, railway and flight tickets, to do mobile and DTH recharges and to do payment for shopping on any e-commerce website. Everyone definitely will go for it.
$. Add to Favorites: Using this option one can upto twenty contacts to the favorite list which allows him/her for one touch beneficiary selection to ask or send money when in need.
$. Multiple Languages: The Buddy app has total thirteen different languages including English, Hindi any others to operate it. So there will be no problem like facing difficulty for understanding languages.
$. Facing Issues: If users face any issue with the app then he can go through the FAQs and send feedback. Moreover if the mobile of the user has been lost or stolen then he/she can instantly block the wallet account just by logging into his account on another mobile or by calling the 24×7 customer care service.
Again one can close his/her Buddy account get the same deleted. But it should be noted such that the balance of the wallet is empty. If a wallet with any balance is closed or deleted the amount can't be recovered.
