I am really surprised about one of the manager miss pooja bhavsar. She had no sense how to talk to customer .how people like "tata" kept this kind of jerks to ruins there own image. She don't have a knowledge of a single penny. I had a billing issue in which I was charged more than MRP.
Instead of solving the issue she just shouted me and should me in front of many people. Custmer is like god , and customer had a right to get proper service. This is my humble request to the mgt to just get out the people like pooja bhavsar and some good talented and educated people to thre company.
Its really horrible!!!!!!!!
