With reference to order no 1000018318, I received 29 items from starquik today amounting rs 2001.2. However one item no. 5 yummiez chicken nuggets 750 gm costing rs 330.00 is MISSING. The delivery boy( mobile no. 9141585176) and the person from Star quik( mr Khan mobile no. 8139980160) told that the item is still in shop and they forget to deliver it.
It happened with starquik and the response of Bigbasket and grofers are far better than starquik. This cause a bad impression, experience to me and a inconvenience to me.
Please see the issue and immediate refund the amount or deliver the product at the earliest.
