Worst customer support & product never delivered. I had ordered a dress material from their website on 30th August (Payment via credit card) & after not receiving the product per the TAT I had called the customer care after 10 days. They told me they have sent from their warehouse but its not shipped. We will give you a call but did not receive any call. Next day again I call them but no answer & their TL told he will forward the cancellation request but it was not done.
After 2 days when I called I told them to cancel the order if they ca not deliver it. Now the payment status is showing returned but I have not received & the customer care people have no answer.
