I got couple of policies which were sold forcefully to me by my bank(Union Bank of India). Insurance company's charges are decent. Tariff structure is simple. Company doesnt offer too many options and returns on their policies are quite bad. Also, there is little or no customer service from the company.
Overall, It is advised not to buy insurance policies from this company. LIC is a much better option. For ULIPs and market linked policies, ELSS mutual funds are a far better option
