May be Star Sports dont care for anything else other than Cricket. Or may be they really dont understand what is the best quality football and what football lovers are looking forward.
Once again, they are not showing a la liga live match, inspite of having so many channels. For 21 Feb at 8.30 pm there is an FC Barcelona/Malaga match.
In three of their channels, Star Sports have scheduled to show one match from the kick and rush football league EPL. Anyways let it be, after all it is football.
I really dont know what they are showing at 8.30 pm in the remaining 5 channels, but definitely it is not anything live.
But it is clear that at 9.0 pm they show the same Cricket programme in 4 channels, I repeat the same programme in 4 channels, and another Cricket programme in the remaining channel!
Why cant they show this liga football match at least in one of these channels, is beyond any thing I can comprehend. A tv group having so many channels and who cannot distribute the live games available equally into their channels, do they have any kind of common sense.
It is not the first time they are doing this. Lots of Barcelona and Real Madrid and other important matches from Liga has been ignored by Star Sports in the last two seasons. Sometimes they will start the live show only after the first 10 - 15 minutes of the match. Simply, I cannot understand the attitude of this TV group.
If they did not care for la liga, why did they go for the rights of this football league in the first place. Earlier, Ten Sports, inspite of having only 2 channels didnt miss any match of Barcelona and Real Madrid and also showed all the other major matches.
And when you write to them, they will not reply at all!
I hope this company goes to hell and they will not get the rights for La liga in the future. They are a disgrace to the beautiful game.
