Star Inn Suites & Retreat is a criminal organisation that is defrauding retired senior citizens of their lifes savings by misrepresenting facts and making false promises.
They have taken Rs 2 lacs from me for providing boarding and lodging in a hotel in Istanbul for a week long stay.
The rates they have quoted for this hotel are 60% higher than the rates that are being offered by the hotel as well as every other booking portal on the web.
I asked them to refund my money but they have refused forcing me to file a criminal complaint in the police station as well as the consumer court.
