I purchased a HP wireless mouse from your Marathahalli, Bangalore branch. The mouse does not work when the desk is of a light color (white, or light brown). It is high inconvenience to put a mouse pad (why for optical mouse?) to make it work.
So, I requested for it to be exchanged by a different brand mouse (promise is printed saying within 7 days they will exchange) The sales guys and their manager made me wait for half an hour.
They told me that the mouse is perfectly working when you use a darker surface (Should I ask my office to change my desk?) They cannot sell it again to any other customer (Why not send it back to HP and tell them about the defect?)
Anyways, I thank them as I lost just Rs 900.
Just imagine something like this after purchasing iPad.
