I am holding Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card since 4 Years.
Whenever this card had been issued to me, SCB people said me that this card is free for lifetime.
But I am surprised when I got a phone call from SCB regarding the payment of the Annual Fees amounting Rs.1500/- against this card.
I am asking one thing why are SCB people charge this kind amount before asking the subsriber.
At this juncture I would like to say to all the people don't take this card. They are not increasing limit since 4 year.
Before 3 months they are not giving me the bill of the same.
Whenever I had visited their ahmedabad office they had told me I had not registered any mobile No. with this Card.
But they are sending me the message on my other Mobile.
Very hopeless people & very hopeless service.
