Well,
I am a user of various credit cards.
Standard Chartered has been worst of all.
First of all if at all there is a charge they will not let you know in advance. You are not notified by a call/email in case you have missed your payments. Worst your card is written off without a single communication.
At the end recovery guys call you. You make the payment and guess what after 2 months your CIBIL report still shows outstanding.
Such pathetic services. Everytme time you call them they don't pick up. Email resposes are way too different then your original queries.

Patheric after sales experience.
Moreover forget about rewards and stuff you don't even get what you are promised.
A big no no to the people who are trying to go for it.
Some better options are CITI, HDFC even ICICI.
