I was a user of their master and visa credit cards. I had paid life time(one time) charges for both the cards(which is a hefty amount) suddenly on one day they consolidated both cards to one card without my consent.
To make some penny in their pocket( an art of begging) I did not accept their offer but they gained because they have collected the life time fee already.
But this made me to give feedback to my friends that SCB has no standard and is a day time robber
