Standard chartered Titanium card is a good value add. It will give cash back in the beginning and take all that back through cheating. Even after paying well before the due date, SCB had the greed to add interest charges. I have the deposit slip as the proof of payment. Anyone, who need more information regarding this can E-mail me. Please do not opt for SCB cards.
They cheat and cheat and CHEAT till you run out of patience and money. I have made up my mind to give up SCB services as well as to educate the common man about their pathetic service. I tried to contact customer care but came across rude and uncouth attitude from a guy. (forgot to take the name of the SCB specialist who doesn't know to speak politely. Sounded like a goonda working for a call center).
If any of you guys had a similar experience, please share the same. I feel any other bank would work better than SCB. The other banks have the courtesy to reverse the finance charges if they feel that they are on fault. I appreciate Citibank and SBI for this. However, SCB does not have any such feelings for the customer. If they decide to steal money from the customer, they will do it at any cost.
