Just to let you know I hold the sc card from more than 5 years. with this statement I and bank feel lucky to maintain this relation. I sometime do but this 'chor' bank doesn't allow me with there pathetic poor and unreliable service.
as per rbi guidelines normal cards are deactivated and new chip cards are issued. I have spent more than 100 Rs/- on the customer care calls from last 2 months and I am still struggling to find in my hands.... shame...shouldn't I put a penalty on you???
In my last bill I missed to pay 2k put of 12k amount and that is because executive from customer care team told me that you can pay the remaining amount in 3-4 days after the last day of payment. unluckily I made the payment not in 3-4 days but only after 8-9 days but before the new bill was generated. Now I am struggling to get it waived off. sent more than 10 mails....don't know what they understand, every time I see absurd nonsense reply with no sense at all
I HAVE SEEN BANKS LIKE CITIBANK WHICH WAIVE OFF THESE KIND OF INTEREST WITH SINGLE REQUEST..
I have no hesitation saying that I would definitely like to break this 5.5 yrs of this relation with this 'chor' bank.
