They are standard cheater. My credit card billing date was 19 Nov. I made a payment 52000. Despite of paying the money before bill generation, they charged me 2000 bucks on next month December statement.
Their management team is the worst I have ever experienced. I wrote to CEO, Asia pacific business head and other guys . buy they do not time to look into it.
The customer care guys just fk their as with excuses. I also shared the feedback on FB page but they do not care.
Few of my friends are closing their card and saving account after knowing this matter.
I am using HDFC, CITI bank cards but never experience such PROFESSIONAL WAY OF CHEATING. GUYS! BEWARE, JUST AVOID THEM. THEY WILL SUCK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN DAYLIGHT. They are more dangerous then VAMPIRE. Vampire sucks in night time only, they can suck anytime, be it day or night.
They really do not value their customer. I made transactions of 2 lakhs in 3 months. Despite of appreciating, they harassed me and want me to stop the business.
