I have been using the Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card for the last 8 months, and I realized that their services as well as point redemption are worse than some of the public sector banks in India.
My card was blocked for no fault of mine, at the beginning of November. Though I have spent massive amounts on the card they still insist that a pay a paltry Rs 130 towards card replacement.
They have taken a good 15 days only to replace a 'blocked' card. Also, please compare the point redemption schemes when compared to the other private and public sector banks.
NEVER EVER take a Standard Chartered Credit card.
