Beware before taking Balance transfer or converting any transaction into EMI.
Standard chartered bank should considers all the transaction like balance
transfer, EMIconversion under one creditcard account and do not charge late
fee by separating them with account numbers and charging individually with
separated account numbers.
In my case I have one credit card in which there are 2 balance transfers
accounts and one EMI so SCB charged totally 4 times late fee for individual
accounts, this is totally absurd and for a minimum payment of 10444 do I
need to pay Nearly RS 3000 as late fee
The above process is totally cheating process by SCB bank to its customers,
I strongly object to it.
When contacted to Customer care and card.services@. then also same thing I got reply to pay complet fine.
why do I need to pay 4 time late fee for one credit card?
readers plese think about my case before using any credit card and most of the banks are not less than pickpocketers.
